Patricia A. Mecca

With deep sorrow and immense love, we announce that Patricia Anne Mecca, age 62, of Wellington, Florida, entered into rest on July 7, 2025. She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas, and their five children: Brittany (Thomas Burns), Lauren (Kevin Mitchell), Gabriella (Michael Sullivan), Thomas Jr. and Sophia. She was a proud and devoted Gigi to Penelope, Blakely, Palmer, and Charlotte, with another granddaughter expected later this month. Patricia is also survived by her mother, Lorraine Dalimonte, her three sisters, and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was welcomed into eternal rest by her beloved father Aldo Dalimonte, father in law Leonard Mecca and brother in law Mark Mecca. She was born on October 3rd,1962 in Buffalo, New York. Patricia was a graduate of Griffith Institute in Springville, New York. She and Thomas met at a young age and were approaching their 39th wedding anniversary—a testament to their enduring love and partnership. Patricia's life was centered around her family. Her children and grandchildren were her world, and she devoted herself to making sure they always felt unconditionally loved. She had an extraordinary gift for making people feel at home. Her doors were always open, and she welcomed friends and family with open arms, a warm heart, and something delicious to eat—often made from whatever she had on hand. No one ever left her home hungry. She was the rock of her family: a loving, caring, and thoughtful wife, mother, Gigi, aunt, and friend. She had something special for everyone—whether it was a meal, a treat, a thoughtful gift, or simply her presence. In truth, she was the gift to all of us. Selfless and kind, Patricia always put others before herself and leaves behind a legacy of love and generosity. Patricia was deeply loved by all who knew her and will be forever missed. Her legacy is written in the hearts of those she loved. Mom, we love you to the moon and back infinity times.
