Patricia D. Cook; 89, of Palm Beach Gardens, Fl., passed away on November 11, 2016. Having been born in Wilmington, NC, she is the daughter of the late Hallman B. and Reatha P. (Callihan) Daves. She is survived by her husband, Howard F. Cook Jr., son, Gary Cook (Jan), daughter, Pam Bohner (Jack), grandchildren, Kristen, Kevin, Alex, Chris, sisters, Sheila Perry, Carolyn Hall. There will be a memorial celebrated in her honor on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at St. Marks Episcopal Church in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl.
