Survived by wife Ada Alicea of Lake Worth, FL; daughters, Lucia Molina of Lake Worth, FL; Sonia Hansen of Lake Worth, FL; Delsi Carver of Lake Worth, FL; son, Geovany Mendez of Lake Worth, FL; step son, Carlos Peralta of Honduras; and various grandchildren of Lake Worth, FL. Pablo was predeceased by his daughter; Estela Ramirez of Lake Worth, FL. A visitation will be held at Palms West Funeral Home on Friday, February 1, 2019 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM, with a service at 7:00 PM. A funeral mass will be held at St. Rita Catholic Church on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 11:30 am. Burial to follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery.
