Othniel V. Cooper, 85, of Wellington, Florida, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2008. Born in Jamaica, West Indies, he was the son of James & Anita (Mitchell) Cooper. Othniel is survived by his wife, Lena Elcock-Cooper, daughters, Elaine Loney, Jennifer Wilson, Yvonne Buckner, Sandra Campbell, Sonia Elcock, Sylvia Elcock & Soraya Elcock, son, Frederick Cooper, 18 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, sisters, Delores Scales, Mazis Nurse & Dorothy Cooper. There will be a visitation from 10:00am to 12:00noon with a a funeral service at 12:00noon on Saturday, November 29, 2008, all at Palms West Funeral Home.
