Olive Blanche Morle - Parkinson (nee Harrison) a long time resident of Wellington, FL died on Tuesday, May19, 2015. She was born in Glenbrook, Westmoreland, Jamaica on April 5, 1928, to parents Obediah & Vinorah Harrison.
Olive resided in Ironshore, Montego Bay before migrating to the USA in 1988. She lived in Hartford, CT for 4 years before making Wellington FL her permanent home. She taught for over 55 years in the Jamaica and the Cayman Island school systems before retiring.
Besides her children Archibald Morle, Jr & wife Juliette; Elizabeth Parkinson-Booth & husband Christopher; she leaves to mourn sisters: Anna Harrison, Olga Guscott, Enid Silent, Carmelita Taylor, Marlene Thompson, & Lillian Laing, five grandsons, nine great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of family members and friends. She is pre-deceased by brothers Aston & Lloyd Harrison.
Funeral Service will be on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at St. Peters Methodist Church in Wellington, FL at 11:00 am with a visitation at 10:00 am.
