Nicola "Nicholas" Anthony Tarantino

Nicholas A. Tarantino 89 passed away on October 29, 2018. He was born September 13, 1929 in Brooklyn, NY. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Eleanor of 61 years. They were married on December 9, 1950 in Brooklyn, NY. He retired as a Sergeant from the NYC Police Department after 30 years of service. He and Eleanor moved to Florida when he retired and they were active members of St. Rita's Catholic Church. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus for many years. He is survived by his 3 children and their spouses. Daughter Vicki (Tim) McCarthy of Littleton, CO and sons, Michael (Carol) Tarantino of Wellington, FL and Nicholas (Vanessa) Tarantino of Bethpage, NY. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren and their spouses. Gabrielle (Patrick) Bowerman, Timothy (Tiffiney) McCarthy, Michael (Jenn) Tarantino, Anthony (Anna) Tarantino , Matthew Tarantino and Jessica Tarantino. And also his great grandchildren, Mia, Timothy and Ricci Marie. Visitation and Rosary Sunday, November 4, 2018 from 4-8 at Palms West Funeral Home, 110 Business Park Way.
