In Loving Memory of
Neri Rogelio Molina
May 1, 1963 – January 2, 2026
Neri Rogelio Molina passed away peacefully on January 2, 2026, in Wellington, Florida, at home, surrounded by his beloved wife, Lucía Molina, and his three daughters, Lucy Molina, Cindy Molina, and Tiffany Molina. Until his final day, he was and will always remain their hero and guiding light. Though his passing leaves an immeasurable absence, his family finds comfort in knowing he is now at rest, held in God’s glory.
Life and Legacy
Born in Santa María del Real, Olancho, Honduras, Neri was the eldest of seven siblings and grew up with strong values rooted in faith, responsibility, and perseverance. He was the beloved son of Rosa Delia Molina and Rogelio Molina, who passed on December 20, 2020, and preceded him in death. From an early age, Neri carried a deep sense of duty toward his family and a determination to build a meaningful life.
After coming to the United States, Neri spent 37 years building a life grounded in hard work and purpose. As the eldest sibling, he bravely pursued opportunity and, through determination and sacrifice, helped make possible the same dream for his brothers and sisters. His siblings, listed from youngest to oldest, are Xiomara Molina, Córdulo Molina, Livia Molina, Delio Molina, Egla Molina, and Oscar Molina.
Family, Work, and Character
Strong in personality and demeanor, Neri carried himself with confidence and was a natural leader. He possessed an unmatched work ethic and held himself to the highest standards. A true perfectionist, he took great pride in providing the best in everything he did.
Neri and Lucía shared a love story that began in childhood. They knew each other since they were children in Honduras, having grown up as neighbors, and were married for 37 years. Together, they built a life rooted in devotion, loyalty, and partnership. Alongside his wife, Neri built and grew a commercial cleaning company that began over two decades ago. Their business reflected their dedication, shared vision, and perseverance, and together they created not only a livelihood, but a life filled with stability and cherished memories.
Neri loved the outdoors and found peace working the land, riding horses, and caring for his chickens and roosters. He took pride in everything he built and cared for. Everything he touched carried meaning. His home, his land, and the life he created alongside his wife were reflections of his faith, sacrifice, and perseverance.
A Father’s Greatest Pride
This was the fulfillment of Neri’s greatest and most cherished dream, to see his daughters graduate from university, build meaningful careers, and become women of purpose and integrity. Education was sacred to him, and he worked tirelessly, often sacrificing his own comfort, to ensure his girls had every opportunity to succeed. Watching them walk across graduation stages, establish themselves professionally, and stand confidently in their callings brought him a pride that words could never fully capture. To Neri, their accomplishments were not just successes, they were the living proof of his life’s work.
His eldest daughter, Lucy Molina, earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts and went on to pursue a Master’s degree in International Business, where she excelled in her career. Through determination, discipline, and creativity, she became the youngest professor to teach design at a university at the age of 23, a rare achievement that filled her father with awe and pride. She has now dedicated 11 years to teaching and mentoring students, carrying forward the same values of excellence and perseverance her father lived by.
His middle daughter, Cindy Molina, graduated and fulfilled a lifelong calling by becoming a veterinarian, a dream especially close to Neri’s heart, as he once hoped to pursue the same profession. Their shared love for animals and conversations about one day working side by side in her clinic were moments he treasured deeply and spoke of with great joy.
His youngest daughter, Tiffany Molina, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a minor in Biology and is an entrepreneur, proudly helping lead and grow the family business. With focus, resilience, and leadership, she continues the legacy of hard work, responsibility, and excellence that her father instilled in her from a young age.
Love of Life and Family
Though deeply committed to his work, Neri also knew how to enjoy life. He loved going out to eat, discovering new places, and embracing adventure. Traveling with his family brought him great joy, and together they created countless memories through trips to many different places. He cherished celebrating life and spending meaningful time with those he loved most.
Above all, Neri was a devoted husband and father. His greatest dream was simple, to give his daughters the best and to see them grow into strong, educated women with purpose. He lived every day making that dream a reality. To his daughters, he was a protector, a guide, and a safe place. He always stood beside them, cheering them on and reminding them they were capable of anything. If they believed in themselves, it was because he believed in them first.
Everything his daughters are carries pieces of him, his strength, heart, determination, and courage. Though his absence leaves a space that can never be filled, his devotion remains, his lessons continue to guide them, and his legacy lives on through them.
Final Thoughts
Neri Rogelio Molina will be forever loved and profoundly missed. His life was one of faith, purpose, and devotion, measured not by possessions, but by lives shaped, family united, and devotion given freely. His legacy lives on through his daughters, Lucy Molina, Cindy Molina, and Tiffany Molina, who love him deeply and hope to always continue to make him proud.
