Nereyda Cid Cioffi

Our beloved mother, Nereyda Cioffi (Cid), passed away on January 29, 2025. Mom was the heart of our home and family. She is survived by daughters, Jinnette Solomon (Lee Solomon) and Jennifer Cioffi and step-son Anthony Cioffi. She was a loving grandmother to Brianna, Adalynn, Dominick, and Nathan; and a dedicated sister, cousin and friend to so many. Nereyda was married to her loving husband of almost 40 years, Salvatore Cioffi, who preceded her in death along with her daughter, Stephanie and her parents, Marcelino and Marcelina Cid Garcia. Mom will be remembered for her love of gardening, cooking and cruising. She would jump on a cruise ship whenever she had the chance and enjoyed sharing the experience with those she loved. It was her "happy place". Mom's greatest gift was her ability to give advice and help others in need of a kind word or guidance. She was always there for those who needed her and was full of wisdom. She was the heart and soul of our family, and she will be dearly missed.
