Nelly P. Fernandez, of Royal Palm Beach, Florida passed away on May 13, 2012, in Pembroke Pines, Florida at the age of 93. Left to cherish Nelly's memory are her children; Shirley McDonald and Miguel F. Brooks, grandchildren; Carol McDonald, Raquel Hibbert, Carlton McDonald, Jr. , Michelle McDonald, Elizabeth Brooks, Richard Brooks, Melissa Brooks, Belinda Brooks, Daniella Brooks, Johnathan Brooks, Angelica Brooks, Madison McDonald, Nakita Desaray Rowe, Robert Immanuel Brooks, great-grandchildren; Brittany Eads, Camille Eads, Amanda & Alexis White, Winston young, Anthony Young, Justin Simmonds, Matthew Simmonds, Efrain de la Torre , Elizabeth Tam, Fanny de la Torre, Yaidemith Tam, Michelle de la Torre, and great-great-grandchildren; Chad McDonald, Johnathan McDonald, Sydney McDonald. Juan David Lezcano, Ivan Lezcano, Abel Lezcano, Abraham de la Torre, & Sara de la Torre. A visitation will be held at Palms West Funeral Home on Saturday, May 19, 2012 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM. A funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM.
