Nalinkant R. Desai

Nalinkant Ramanlal Desai, 81 died 16th October 2022 in Lake Worth, FL after a short illness. Mr Desai was born in Jambusar, India on May 14, 1941 to Ramanlal H Desai and Shantaben R Desai. Following in his father's footsteps, he was a proud farmer who believed in community and co-operative farming. He emphasized the importance of working together towards providing maximum nutrition in the most sustainable ways. He married Hemlata Vashi on May 7, 1969. They raised two children— a son and a daughter. He immigrated to the United States in September 1989. He then moved to Boynton Beach, FL in 1990, where he became a Franchisee of two Dunkin Donuts. Serving hot coffee and fresh donuts became his passion. He was known as "Mr Neil." In his spare time, he enjoyed reading news paper and shared stories from his childhood. He had an uncanny ability to touch people's lives through motivational speeches. He was a vehement believer of Karma and it's manifestations. He is survived by his wife Hemlata, son Kaushal, daughter in-law Priti, daughter Sidhdhi and grandchildren Krish, Aanya and Shiv. His funeral will be held on Friday October 21, at Palms West Funeral Home, 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, Fl 33411 from 11am-1pm
