Age 87 of Wellington, FL passed away Wednesday, July 09, 2014 at her residence.
Survived by daughter, Neyra Ortiz and granddaughter, Frances Ortiz.
Monserrate was born on May 13, 1927 in San Sabastian, Puerto Rico and was married to Francisco Esteves-Ortiz for 37 years until his passing. She taught Spanish for 35 years at her beloved Puerto Rico. She will be put to rest at La Piedad Cemetery, Ponce, Puerto Rico beside her beloved husband. She will be deeply missed by family, friends and her students.
