Monica B. Hill; 56, of Wellington, Fl., passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2017, Having been born in Utica, N.Y., she is the daughter of Richard and Lydia (Dubyna) Janus. She is survived by her husband, Greggory A. Hill, son, Jonathan Hill, daughter, Jessica Hill, sister, Deborah Caruso and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
