Mildred Louise Smith, of Clermont, FL, passed away on April 15, 2012 at the age of 67. Born in Jamaica, West Indies, she was the daughter of Percival & Emma Smith.
A visitation will be held at Palms West Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 3:00 PM. A service will take place at 4:00 PM. Burial to be held at Mount Hope Cemetery in Hastings-on-Hudson, New York.
