Thanks Mina for the loving expression below: There are a few moments in life that we all don't want to happen but we know they are inevitable, and yesterday one of those moments became my reality. With a heavy heart I am sad to say my grandfather passed away. He was 90 years old. Papi wasn't your average man, he lived an extraordinary life and had adventures that others only dreamed about and should be written in a book! I am blessed to have shared an unbreakable bond and friendship with him the past 30 years, as I know some people never get to meet their grandparents. He taught me what unconditional love feels like, how to have patience, the meaning of being selfless & how to treat everyone you meet with kindness.
