Michael R. McDonald, 68, entered into eternal rest Thursday, Oct. 20 in Wellington, FL. Mike was formerly of Miami, FL and recently of Wellington. A retired special agent, his love for golf, fishing and Hurricane football was second only to his love for his family. Married to the love of his life, Melanie, for 45 years, he is the loving father and father-in-law of Carrie McDonald and Ryan (Kara) McDonald, and doting grandfather (aka Dado) to Michael. Loving brother to Larry (Candy) McDonald and proud uncle to Chris (Jennifer) McDonald of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Megan (Neilson) Paty of Jupiter, FL, and Andy (Michelle) Lobo, Jeff Lobo, and Mark (Julia) Lobo of the Chicago, IL area. Great friend to many. He was preceded in eternal rest by his father, Robert and his mother, Celeste. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the University of Miami Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center would be appreciated.
