Michael Angelo Cioffoletti

May 24, 1967 — November 27, 2025

Michael Angelo Cioffoletti, 58, of Florida, passed away on November 27, 2025 surrounded by his wife and children. Born in Queens, New York, Michael lived a life defined by devotion, hard work, and the deep love he carried for his family. A proud husband, dad, and papa, his greatest joy came from the people he cherished most. From a young age, Michael stood out not only for his heart, but for his exceptional athletic ability. Throughout high school, he was known among friends and teammates as an extraordinary natural athlete—one whose talent left a lasting impression on everyone who played alongside him. His dedication and competitive spirit earned him a scholarship to play at St. John's University in Queens, NY, a point of pride he carried throughout his life. After marrying the love of his life, Joann, in 1994, Michael not only built a home with her—he built a family. He welcomed her son Ralph as his own and later celebrated the births of his two children, Carmine and Teresa. His commitment to providing for those he loved guided him as he moved his family to Florida, where he founded a family business rooted in service and community. Michael's passion for coaching became one of the most meaningful chapters of his life. Whether on the baseball field, football field, or softball diamond, he shared his knowledge, his patience, and the same athletic drive he showed in his youth. His influence extended well beyond the game, shaping the lives and character of countless young athletes. Outside of work and coaching, Michael embraced every opportunity for adventure. He loved exploring new places with Joann—traveling in their RV, spending time on the water in their boat, and creating treasured memories at Disney with their children and grandchildren. These moments of joy, laughter, and exploration became some of his family's most cherished times together. Michael is survived by his devoted wife, Joann; his children Ralph (Kristen), Carmine (Emily), and Teresa (Austin); and his adored grandchildren Luca, Enzo, and Brooks, who brought him immeasurable pride and joy. He is also survived by his mother and father, Angelo and Julie; his sister, Donna (Steven); and many extended family members and lifelong friends who loved him dearly. Michael's legacy lives on in the family he built, the athletes he mentored, and the countless people he impacted. He will be remembered for his generosity, his quiet strength, his adventurous spirit, and the unconditional love he gave so freely.
