Michael Charles Ward

Michael Charles (Zooba/Wardy) Ward, 70, of West Palm Beach, FL. passed on Sept. 24, 2023 at his residence. Michael was born September 5, 1953, in Tiffin, OH. He graduated from Anderson High-School in Cincinnati, OH. He then entered the Navy and received a Honorable Discharge. Michael attended Tiffin University and later received additional certifications from Terra State Community College. Michael was married to Debra Laugherty on July 4, 1981. They were married 42 years. Michael worked as a Millwright-Pile Driver in the Union Hall Local 1090 for 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, trips to the Florida Keys, and his time spent at Clarklake, Michigan. He was also involved in the Avengers MC. Michael is survived by wife, Debra Ward; Children, Michael Ward Jr, Ashley Ward, Anthony Ward, Amy Clifford; Sisters, Jody (Jim) Gamber, Stephanie (Paul) Jones, Rhonda (James) Cunagin; Brothers, Richard (Kay) Ward, Rudy (Maria) Lindy; Grandchildren, Alyssandra Ward, Anastashya Ward and numerous nieces and nephews. Michael is preceded in death by father Richard Ward; mother Jane Clifford-Ward; father-in-law Bruce Laugherty; grandmother Jane Ward; grandfather Charles Ward; nephew Joshua Ward; and brother Eric Lindy.
