Michael Douglas Armand, 24, of Royal Palm Beach, Florida, passed away on January 4, 2013 as a result of injuries caused by an auto accident. He was born on June 4, 1988 in West Palm Beach, Florida to Douglas J. Armand and Lora Armand Simons. Michael was a lifelong resident of Palm Beach County, and graduated from Palm Beach Central High School. He was a gifted musician and singer whose love of music was well known to all who knew him. Michael had an enthusiastic love of life, and brought joy and laughter to everyone around him. He enjoyed fishing with his buddies, playing hockey, and watching the Miami Dolphins. Michael's memory will be forever cherished by his parents, Douglas Armand and Lora Armand Simons, (stepfather Rick Simons); brother Christopher Scott Armand, step sister Lynae Simons; grandparents: Vi Pillen, Connie and Joseph Hawker, Ted Gardner and Peggy Gardner; uncles and aunts: Scott and Mary Armand, Michael and Melany Armand, Loni Brown, Scott Gardner, Shayne Gardner, Colt Gardner, Logan Gardner, Clay Gardner, and Benji Gardner; cousins: Keri Armand Chicano (Justin Michael), Lisa, Chris, Robyn, Madyson, Mikey, and Samantha Armand, many extended family members, and many, many friends. The visitation and Celebration of Life service will be held on January 9, 2013 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Palms West Funeral Home, 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, Florida, 33411, (561) 753-6004. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 12:00pm at the Palms West Funeral Home, with interment immediately following at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery, 10941 Southern Boulevard, Royal Palm Beach, Florida, 33411.
