Melvin B. Clark

Melvin B Clark (Oats) 99, of Wellington passed away November 19 of heart failure. Born in Detroit, Michigan and moved to Florida in the 70's. A retired member of the Detroit Police Department whos special area was driver training for high school students. He enjoyed gardening, fitness walking, biking and accomplishing each daily task. He is remembered for his generosity with family, friends and church. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather. Melvin leaves his wife of 30 years, Virginia, his children and grandchildren. His family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday between 3:30 - 4:00 PM with a service to follow the viewing. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations are made to the Salvation Army or the First Baptist Church of West Palm Beach. Burial to take place in Michigan.
