Maxine T. Rhodes

Maxine Rhodes Age 79 passed away on Feb. 14, 2016. A family Memorial service will be held in April in Pittsburgh, PA where she was born and where she requested to be laid to rest with her mother, Margaret Baker Taylor. Maxine lived in the Outer Banks for many years but spent the majority of her life in Palm Beach. She worked at The Heart of Palm Beach hotel, Charley's Crab and the last 25 years at The Sailfish Club of Palm Beach. She will be remembered for her smile and the stories she was always ready to tell. She loved to travel and was able to visit many exciting places, which added to her storytelling. She was predeceased by her beloved companion of many years, Charlie O'Connell. She is survived by her daughter Debbi Sarazin and son in law Dale Sarazin of North Adams, MA, her brother Bill Taylor and his wife Fran, nieces Janet, Debbie, Karen, Laurie, nephew Mike and many great nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind many dear friends. She will be truly missed.
