Matthew Dean Morgan

Matthew Dean Morgan, 26, of Wellington, FL, passed away unexpectedly on June 2, 2019. Our "bassman" was loved and cherished by family and friends. He was an incredible outdoorsman and angler; fishing was his true passion and something he shared with his father out on Lake Okeechobee. He has received numerous awards and recognitions from Big "O" Teen Anglers and Bass Rattlers Youth Anglers Tournament Trail for his top performance and participation in local and state tournaments. He also enjoyed street hockey, skateboarding, music, cooking, and traveling on family vacations. Matthew was a kind and loving soul. His funny personality always put a smile on everyone's faces. He always left a lasting impression on people wherever he went. He sincerely loved his family and friends and will be remembered as a sweet and jovial young man. He is survived by his parents Dean and Monica Bernardita Morgan, his sister Christina Morgan, his maternal grandparents Alberto and Monica Esteva, his paternal grandmother Deanna Kuehn, aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family encourages any photos of their beloved son be brought during the viewing services on Friday June 7, 2019 at Palms West Funeral Home.
