Matthew T. Kornya, Age 15, of Wellington, FL passed away November 7, 2009. He is survived by his father and mother Ernie and Deborah Kornya; 2 sisters Lauren and Ashley; grandmother Sachiko Martin; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Family will receive friends Wednesday, November 11, 2009 from 6pm-8pm Wellington Christian Worship Center, 1000 Wellington Trace, Wellington, FL 33414. Services wil be 11 Am, Thurdsay, November 12, 2009 also at Wellington Christian Worship Center. Interment will take place in Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery in Royal Palm Beach, FL.
