Mary Amendolaro (Hoeler)'s Story April 3, 1943-February 9, 2025 Mary Amendolaro, 81, passed away on February 9, 2025, in Melbourne, Florida. Born on April 3, 1943, in Passaic, New Jersey, Mary was a determined and entrepreneurial spirit who built a successful business with her spouse in the auto industry. A graduate of Clifton High School, she furthered her education at Montclair State University before embarking on a path that combined her passion for business with her love of travel. She approached every opportunity with resilience and an unwavering drive to succeed. Mary's greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her children: J.P. (Suzi), Scott, Casey (Elizabeth), and Kim (Mario) Del Rio. She was a beloved grandmother to James, Daniel, Mario, Ashley, Alexa, Alexis, Brianna, Maria, James E. and Hope and cherished her seven great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her sister Lilli (Gerald) Geary. Mary was predeceased by her husband, James Amendolaro; sons John and Brian; her brother John (Jack) Hoeler; and her parents Marion and John Hoeler. Brian's wife, Gabriella, survives him. Mary lived life with passion and perseverance. Whether pursuing new business ventures or spending time with loved ones—including her cherished fur & feather babies Beau, Titan, Buddy, Bear, and Champ—she embraced each moment wholeheartedly. A visitation will be held on February 17, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Palms West Funeral Home and Crematory in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 AM at St. Therese De Lisieux in Wellington, Florida. Mary will be laid to rest with her beloved spouse James at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, Florida. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
