Marty G Horowitz

Marty G. Horowitz, 62, of Lake Worth, FL, died Monday, August 24, 2009, after valiantly fighting complications from severe, prolonged disabilities. Prior to his disabilities, Marty was an avid fisherman and hunter who relished life. He had a deep and abiding love and affection for his Lord, family, pastors and friends. Marty had a true spirit of joy that endeared him to anyone?friend and stranger alike. The miracles of the Lord he experienced in his life, coupled with his ?never get him down? attitude, were a testimony and a blessing to all. He was and is much loved and will be sorely missed. He is survived by his wife, Lynn; 5 children- Geoffrey (Donna), Jennifer, Jonathon (Dea), Catherine (David) and Heather; 8 grandchildren ? Brittney, Tyler, Matthew, David, (D.J.), Taylor, Jacqueline, Marina, and Madison; and 1 future great-grandchild. Visitation will be held 10-11am, with a funeral service beginning at 11am on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at Palms West Funeral Home. Burial will follow services.
