Marjorie Jane Thompson

Marjorie Thompson nee Kreiter, age 87 of Wellington, Florida, passed away Friday, January 23,2009, at Hospice of Palm Beach County. She was a devoted wife of 68 years to her husband and best friend Robert Thompson. Marge retired as a senior VP at Ameritrust (Cleveland Trust) to enjoy the move to Wellington, Florida with Bob. An avid athlete and golfer, Marge spent every moment she could with her passions, Bob, family, friends, and golf. Marjorie?s memory will be cherished by her husband, Robert; children, Robert Thompson II and Diane (Robert) Curnayn; grandchildren, Robert (Maria) Thompson III, Rick (Mary) Nicoloff, Kathy (Dave) Hire, Steven (Jenny) Thompson and Michael Curnayn; great-grandchildren, Bobby IV, Antonia, Isabella, Collin, Ellie and Justin, and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandson Kevin Curnayn. A visitation will be held 2 ? 4 PM on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at Palms West Funeral Home. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at St. Rita Catholic Church in Wellington, Florida, where she has been a long time member. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Marjorie's name to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33407.
