Marie Siliato

Marie Siliato, age 103 was released to her heavenly father Feb. 27. She was born in the Bronx and shortly after moved with her family to Brooklyn. She was married on February 22, 1942 for 72 years to Santo Siliato who predeceased her. Marie was a woman of many talents, homemaker, accomplished seamstress, Cook and loving wife and mother. Left to cherish her memory are her loving daughters, Josephine and her husband John, Elizabeth, Marie and Patricia and her husband Bruce, as well as Grandchildren, Laura, John and Michele. Great grandchildren, Olivia, Joseph, Milla, Anthony and Declan as well as nieces and nephews and other extended family members along with her surviving sibling Iolanda. Marie leaves behind an amazing legacy of selflessness and family dedication. The lack of her presence will be deeply missed and her legacy will be etched in the hearts and minds of those who knew and loved her,
