In loving memory of our mother, Maria C. Valverde, who passed away on February 19, 2023. She was79 years old and Celebrated her birthday on September 19th 1943. She was born to Jose Franco Castro and Manuela Lida Castro in Guanajuato, Mexico and immigrated to the United Sates at the age of 2 years old. She met Pedro E. Valverde in 1956 and married him in 1958 and was a devoted and loving mother of 7 Children, Anita Best, Susana Puig, Pedro Valverde Jr, Leonardo Valverde, Minerva Dayton, Samuel Valverde and Christene Valverde. She was blessed with 13 Grandchildren and honorably blessed with 25 Great-Grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Our mother was a kind, caring and giving person who always put the needs of her family before her own. She was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage and dignity. Our mother was a source of inspiration to us all and she will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched. Growing up, mom was always there for us, whether we needed help with our homework or just a shoulder to cry on. She was a woman of strong faith and she instilled in us the importance of family, hard work and doing what is right. Our mother carried a deep passion for her family and flowers. She was a true role model who we will always look up to. The funeral service will be held at Palms West Funeral Home and Crematory 110 Business Park Way Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411 on March 3rd 2023 from 9:30am - 1:30pm - Interment final resting place to follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery 10941 Southern Blvd Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411 Mother, you will always be in our hearts and we will never forget you. We love you so much. Rest in peace. Immediately following the graveside ceremony we will be holding a repast in memory of our mother Maria C.
