In Loving Memory of Maria Barreto-Guerra 

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, Abu, sister, Tia, and friend. Maria fought an incredibly courageous battle with unwavering strength, grace, and determination, inspiring everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. 

Above all else, Maria was a devoted wife and the most loving mother. Her husband, Tony, is her greatest partner, and her two daughters, Antonella & Caterina, were the center of her world. 

She loved fiercely, gave selflessly, and always put her family before herself. She was also a cherished sister, and a proud Abu (grandma) whose kindness, warmth and love touched her grandchildren's & nephews lives. Her smile, generous heart, and unwavering love will remain with us forever. While our hearts are broken by this tremendous loss, we are grateful for every moment we were blessed to share with her and take comfort in knowing she is now at peace. 

She leaves behind a family who will love and miss her every day, carrying with them not just her love, but her strength. Her love was the foundation of our family, and her legacy will live on in each of us.
