Manuel Lorenzo Soto Iii

Dr. Manuel Lorenzo Soto lll, D.C., 52, of Wellington, FL passed away on March 3, 2023. He was born on December 24, 1970, in Miami, FL to Linda A. Soto, R.N. and Dr. Manuel L. Soto, M.D. FACS, of Belle Glade, FL. The family relocated to Wellington, FL in 1982 where Manuel would make priceless lifelong friends who still see each other at least once a year no matter the distance of travel. He attended Forest Hill High School, graduating with the class of 1988. He always recalled his childhood "with the Pinewood Manor gang" as near idyllic. He attended Palm Beach Community College before pursuing a Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University in both Marietta, Georgia and Hayward, California. He graduated Life University California in 2000 while apprenticing with his cousin and mentor, Dr. Edward Cremata, D.C. He moved back to Florida and worked as an associate until opening Glades Chiropractic Center in November of 2004 in Belle Glade, FL. In addition, he would also share space in West Palm Beach, FL with longtime associate and friend, Dr. Christopher White, D.C. before deciding to give the Belle Glade practice his full-time love and attention. In 2009, he met his future wife, Tamara L. Cour, R.N. Manuel and Tamara married on May 14, 2011; only God could write this love story. Isabella Faith Soto was born in 2012. Jade, Tess, and Brooke were welcomed into the family in 2015. In 2014, Tamara joined Glades Chiropractic Center; together, she and Dr. Soto reimagined the practice and created a truly successful family environment for the Belle Glade community. Beloved by his patients, Dr. Soto had an innate gift to heal all through Chiropractic. In his free time, he enjoyed his family, traveling to the mountains, and relaxing on the beach on Hutchinson Island. He was a huge lifelong sports fan of Florida State University, Miami Dolphins, and the Miami Heat. He was preceded in death by his father, Dr. Manuel L. Soto, M.D. FACS (2009) and his mother, Linda A. Soto, R.N. (2013). He leaves behind his wife "Tammy," brother Christopher F. Soto, D.C. ARNP (fiancée, Shevonne Hansen), his children and lifelong best friends.
