Mageline started her work experiene at (JOS) Jamaica Omni Bus Service as a conductress. She was then promoted to an Accident Reporter. In 1962 , when Jamaica received their independence, she represented JOS in the Float Parade. That same year Mageline migrated to USA. Her first job in the United States was working for a New Zealand Diplomat for 4 years. After that, she was hired by Chemical Bank 1967 where she worked for 24 years and retired in 1991. During her retirement she traveled with her church and friends to many places. Mageline lived in many boroughs of New York. Her first residence was located in Harlem then in Brooklyn and finally Co-0p City the Bronx where she called home. In 1998 she had a massive stroke that would change her life. This brought her to Beth Abraham Nursing Home in the Bronx. She remained there until her daughter Sadie decided to relocate to Florida in 2010. Since then, she has resided at Royal Manor Rehabilitation Center where she lived until her passing on June 02, 2015. Mageline is survived by her two children Bancroft and Sadie, her niece Donna Hunter and her grand kids Michelle, Mark, Michael, Noelle and Sharon, her 15 great grand children and many cousins and lots of friends. She will be DEEPLY MISSED. We Love You "MAMA", but GOD LOVE'S YOU BEST!
