Luis Paez Jr

Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office Corporal Luis Paez, Jr., 58, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL tragically died in the line of duty on November 21, 2024. He will be remembered as a loving and devoted family man. Luis was a certified photographer, avid hiker, beer connoisseur, and cigar aficionado. He had a passion for photography, the outdoors, and his family. Luis is predeceased by his father, Luis Paez (2022) and his sister, Shawna Cherie Belcher (2017). He is survived by his son, Cameron Paez; his love of 14 years, Doris Mendez-DeMaio; step children Dominic and Devlyn DeMaio; mother, Beverly Belcher; sister, Tonya Belcher-Wiedel (Alex); sister, Angie Gangl (Chris); brothers, Javier, George and Danny Paez; his beloved fur baby, Honey as well as aunts, uncles, extended family members, and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations made to the National Park Foundation.
