Luigi Basile, Age 46 of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away unexpectedly on February 14, 2020. He was born in Plainfield, NJ at Muhlenberg Hospital and lived in Warren NJ until the Age of 6 where then he moved to West Palm Beach, Florida and resided. Throughout his younger years, he developed an enormous passion for the sport of weightlifting in hopes of representing the United States of America on the Men's Olympic Team. His love and dedication for the Sport resulted in him achieving many championship medals that represented his accomplishments. He enjoyed visiting his native country of Italy where he frequently visited family and planned one day to retire there in the future. He also enjoyed going hunting and skeet shooting with his cherished friends, and most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family. Luigi is survived but his loving wife of 14 years Denise Basile, His Devoted Parents Carlo and Josephine Basile; Brother Mario (Christina) Basile and he is predeceased by his Sister Marlena T. Basile of West Palm Beach, Florida. Luigi is also survived by his nephews Carlo and Leonardo Basile as well as many extended relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday February 21, 2020 from 6-9 pm at Palms West Funeral Home at 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, Florida 33411.
