Louis E. Bishop; 73, of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away August 13, 2014. Having been born in Bean City, Fl., he is the son of the late James E. and Grace (Lowery) Bishop. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Bishop, daughter, Michele Barkman (Tim), son, Ross Bishop (Mary Beth), 6 grandchildren, brother, Randy Owens, sister, Jimmie Sue Valentine.
