Lou Ann Fincannon

Lou Ann Fincannon (54 years old) was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on May 14, 1962 to Charles (Chuck) & Connie Mulligan. Lou Ann was the 2nd oldest of the 4 children all of whom are still living, Chuck, Chip, and Stephanie. She was predeceased by her parents. Lou Ann passed peacefully at home in the afternoon hours of October 27, 2016. She was married to her Husband Michael Fincannon. Children: David Jr (DJ) Kristin Blakeman & stepdaughter Elizabeth Fincannon Wilson (Ben) grandchildren Luna and Margot. Lou Ann is survived by Mother-in-Law Jeannette & Stepfather-in-Law Vernon Dexter. Brother: Charles Lamoreaux (Chuck) (Barbara) niece and nephew Carly & Casey. Brother: Charles Mulligan III (Chip) (Darla) nephew and niece James & Cassidy. Sister Stephanie Lewkutz (David) niece and nephews Jessica, Robert, David Jr, Tyler. Lou Ann was preceded in death by her stepson Edward and is survived by her 3 children, 2 grandchildren and many others who called her "Mom". We will have a Celebration of Life service for Lou Ann on Thursday November 3rd. It will be at the Palms West Funeral Home located at 110 Business Park Way Royal Palm Beach, Fl. The gathering of friends will be from 5-6 and the service from 6-6:30. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Palm Beach Sherriff's Office Broken Star Foundation in Honor of Lou Ann.
