Linda Ann Delzoppo

Linda (Contillo) DelZoppo was born on June 7th, 1960, in Bronx, New York. She and her family moved to Queens in 1963 and relocated to Miramar, Florida in 1971. She graduated from Miramar High School in 1978 and was married to her husband, David in April of 1980. She eventually became a mother to two beloved sons. In 1999 her family moved to Loxahatchee, Florida into a home that she helped design, along with her husband. There, she worked helping him in their contracting business until she became medically disabled. After years of courageously battling many illnesses, our Lord mercifully decided she had had enough. On the morning of June 27th, 2024, he took her into his arms, relieving her of her pain and suffering to rejoin with her family members and loved ones, that left us before her. Linda was a wonderful, loving, devoted wife and mother. Her smile and generous nature were contagious. Her disabilities never overshadowed her willingness to be kind and caring. She is survived by her husband David, her sons Rocco and David, her daughter in law Marcia, grandchildren Michael and Giulianna, brother and sister in laws Robert and Patricia, Gerald and Gail, John and Ruth, sister in - law Agnes Contillo, along with several nieces and nephews. She is pre - deceased by her parents, Michael and Virginia Contillo, brothers Anthony, Richard, and niece Christeen. Although her life was cut short, and she left us too soon, Linda has left a pathway of love and affection for all of us to walk on.
