Lewis "Tom" Moore, age 68, of Loxahatchee passed away Friday, October 23rd, 2020 surrounded by family in his home. He was born February 26, 1952 in Evanston, Illinois, to loving parents Thomas and Hazel(Coleman) Moore. Tom lived in Illinois and New York before moving to Florida in 1969. He worked as a Water Plant Operator until his retirement in 2004. Tom married the love of his life Suzanne in 1976. They spent 41 years together until Suzanne's passing in 2017. They traveled the country, much of it on one of Tom's motorcycles. They enjoyed many happy times with friends and family. Many hours were spent on a boat and fishing. Tom enjoyed raising reptiles. Tom loved all the dogs he and Suzanne had over the years. Tom had a passion for cooking and sharing his culinary creations with all his friends and family. They were the life of the party and had never met a stranger. Tom always had a project, passion or an interest that he was investigating. He enthusiastically shared his passions with others, forever passing on his knowledge. Tom was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Tom was preceded in his death by his; wife, Suzanne Moore; parents Thomas and Hazel Moore; brother, John "Bobby" Moore and father-in-law Frank Reed. He is survived by his mother-in-law, Joan Reed; brother-in-law, Michael Reed and wife Paula; sisters-in-law, Holly Weaver and husband Ed, Dawn Brodhead and her husband Steve; his nieces Sarai Cook, Kristen Bloom; nephews Peter Fagan, Michael Reed and Eric Burke.
