Lewis Richard Masotti

Lewis R. Masotti died in his sleep on November 3, 2021 after an extended illness. He was a Senior Vice President for Finance and corporate Development for General Waterworks Corp., based in Philadelphia, PA, where he also served on the Board of Directors for the company. Before joining General Waterworks Corp., he worked in the accounting systems division of Gilbert Associates, an international consulting firm based in New York City. Prior to that he was Controller of Citizens Utilities Company based in Stamford, CT. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island school of Business with a major in accounting. He was a guest lecturer at Drexel University School of Business Administration. For the past 20 years he has been enjoying his retirement in Florida. Lewis is survived by his wife, Judy, his daughter, Patricia (Harold) Smith, son, Peter (Corinne) Masotti, and daughter, Carol. Also survived by brother, Robert P. Masotti, his wife, Carol Jean, and their children Laura, John, and their previously deceased son David's wife, Lisa Masotti. He was pre-deceased by his son, Richard. He is also survived by 5 adoring grandchildren: Peter V., Tina, Leann, Melissa, and Angela. His visitation will be held at Palms West Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 6:00 pm on Monday, November 8, 2021. Catholic service will be from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. The family requests in lieu of flowers for contributions to be made to St. Rita Catholic Church.
