Lawrence L. Merrill

Lawrence L. Merrill, 91, of Royal Palm Beach, FL , passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Hospice of Palm Beach County. He was born February 17, 1921 in Annapolis, MD. Larry served our country proudly in the United States Marine Corps. He and his wife Judy moved to West Palm Beach 24 years ago. He was a member of the Masons for over 60 years and served as a Master Mason of the Wellington Lodge. Lawrence was preceded in death in 2010 by his loving and devoted wife of 30 years, Judith and also by his step son Joseph "Danny" Stanfield. His memory will be cherished by his step daughter, Teresa West; grandchildren, Mark, Kenneth, Keith, Joseph, Christian and Sarah; great grandchildren, Alex, Teresa, Lana and Landon. A visitation will be held 11:30-1:00 on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Palms West Funeral Home. Following visitation he will be laid to rest with military honors in the South Florida National Cemetery.
