Lauren M. Petrosky

It is with great sadness that the family of Lauren Marie Petrosky, 35, announces her peaceful passing after battling a long-term illness on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at her home in Wellington, Florida. A memorial service of Lauren's life will be held at Palms West Funeral Home, located at 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411 at 2:30PM on Thursday, May 21, 2020 for immediate family only. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a celebration of Lauren's life will be announced at a later date. Lauren graduated from Wellington High School in Wellington, Florida. She attended the University of Miami where she was awarded her Bachelor's Degree in Science. Lauren also attended the London School of Economics in London, England and received her Master's Degree. She then went on to complete her Juris Doctorate at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. Lauren is survived by her father and mother, H. Peter and Claire Petrosky; sister and brother-in-law, Megan and Ricardo Hernandez and their children, Oliver and Elias Hernandez. Lauren will be forever remembered by her numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Lauren will be tremendously missed by her rescue dog, Hattie.
