Larry Fay Jeters

Larry Jeters, 71, of Lake Worth, Florida went peacefully to be with our Lord and Savior on December 20, 2022 surrounded by his loved ones. Larry is survived by his wife of 51 years, Mary (Little); his two children, Brad (Angela) Jeters and Stacey (Gregory) Higgins; his six grandchildren, Mya Hernandez, Zachary Jeters, Kate Jeters, Mallorie Higgins, Jacob Higgins and Alayna Higgins; and his three sisters, Linda (Ken) Schmittling, Wendy (Andrew) Carriveau, and Lisa (Allan) Weiner. He is predeceased by his parents Ira Lee and Maxine Marie. Larry was born in Detroit, Michigan on July 24, 1951. He graduated from Annapolis High School in Dearborn Heights, Michigan and worked at General Motors until he moved to Palm Beach County, Florida in 1974 to pursue his dream of opening several pizza franchises and three full service restaurants. He loved boating, scuba diving, and golfing. Larry retired from the businesses in 1998 when he suffered a stroke. His favorite past time during his retirement was spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren and catching up with his friends from his former active work life. He also enjoyed watching football, studying the stock market and investing, and trying out new restaurants so he would have a recommendation to share. Please bring a hat to the service for a "Hats off to Larry" officiated by Pastor Mike Marbry.
