On Thursday, April 8th, 2021, Kenneth "Kenny" Vincent Frisina, loving husband, father, and papa of 4 grandchildren, passed away at the age of 75. Kenny was born in Queens, New York, on September 20th, 1945, to parents Vito Frisina and Marie Louise Sayers. He studied Arts in New York at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and then moved to Los Angeles, California, where he attended the Academy of Performing Arts. Upon graduating, he spent the next decade fulfilling his dreams of acting, taking on major performances in television, commercials, theatre, and movies, performing in many well-known masterpieces like The Valachi Papers, The French Connection, and The Godfather. On January 25th, 1984, Kenny married his beloved wife, Susan Veronica Vandervoort Frisina. They raised two daughters, Darlene and Desirae. Kenny lived an incredibly colorful life and had a passion for helping those in need. After his acting career ended, he took on a huge role in recovery and rehabilitation. He sponsored hundreds of people recovering from addictions and helped thousands more get back on their feet and pursue their individual dreams. Kenny was well known for supporting the homeless community in West Palm Beach and could often be found at local recovery meetings, charitable centers, and food drives. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit [any specific things to add here??]. Kenny was preceded in death by his father, Vito Frisina, his mother Marie Louise Frisina, his wife Susan Frisina, and his step-son, Christopher Wilcox. He is survived by his two daughters Darlene and Desirae, his four grandchildren: Brandon Rinker, Leanna Salloum, Adrianna Salloum, and Christian Kirby, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
