Kelly Leigh Gregor

KELLY LEIGH GREGOR, 37, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday March 16, 2014, after a courageous battle with Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Born in Los Angeles, Kelly was a graduate of Santaluces High School, Palm Beach Community College and FAU, with a BA in elementary education. She was a remarkable person, and one of the strongest people we have ever known. She tackled her health challenges courageously and always with a smile. She was the light of our lives and an inspiration for so many. She will be forever missed. The beloved daughter of Patricia and the late Alastair Gregor, Kelly is also survived by her grandparents, Betty and David Robertson, her aunt, Gayle Cherro (Dan), sisters, Susan, Karen, Juliet and Rachel, her cousin, David, and a host of friends including Guy Buzzelli, and family whom she loved very much. Special thanks to Sylvie Sanon for all her care. Also the doctors who did so much to make Kelly's life easier: MSPB's Dr Thomas Rosenfield, Dr Carlos Sanchez and Dr Michael Lakow, plus Drs. Larry Bush, Bart Gatz, Anna Arunachalam, Derek Vigil, Donald Lambe and the staff at JFK Wound Care. A Celebration of Life will be held Thurs. March 20, at 1pm, at Palms West Funeral Home, 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach.
