Keith W. "Doc" Chapin

Survived by his loving wife; Trish Chapin, brother; Tony Chapin, sons; Matthew Chapin, Adam Chapin, and Robert Curtis, daughters; Tracy Curtis and Stephanie Curtis, granddaughter Stefanie Curtis, great granddaughter; Savanna Curtis and many loving family members and friends. He served his beloved country in the U.S. Air Force. He was a graduate of The University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine and practiced for more than 20 years. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, artistic wood carver, lover of the outdoors and nature. Doc was a true "BULL DAWG". Memorial Service and Gathering will be held on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at 3:00 PM at Palms West Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, a donation to: The University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine Athens, Georgia 30602 or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
