After a valiant battle with cancer, Keith Gregory Baird, died on August 27th at the age of 45, in his home. His devotion to his family and his firm belief in beating his disease supported him in his struggle and ultimately gave him peace. He leaves behind his wife, Kimberly, his son, Keaton, 17 and his daughter, Karley, 12. Keith was born on April 8, 1970 in Port Jefferson, New York to father, Robert Baird and mother Joy Pringle, both of whom predeceased him. Keith grew up in a loving family and has two older brothers, Michael and William Baird, a brother that preceded him in death, Jeffrey Baird, and a half-sister he was blessed to be reunited with several years ago, Kerri Pazera. Keith and Kim met in Winter Haven, Florida when they were only 17 years old and married shortly thereafter on September 10, 1994. They relocated to South Florida where they stayed to raise their family and called West Palm Beach their home. Keith was a driven professional and made a career of working at the same company for almost 20 years in a key management position. After his diagnosis and while battling his disease, Keith remained dedicated to his work and fighting his illness, even throughout his final months and weeks. Keith is survived by his wife and children, as well as his siblings, their spouses and significant others, his in-laws, who he lovingly referred to as his family also, along with numerous nieces and nephews, all of who he absolutely adored. A ceremony will be open to the public at Christ Fellowship South Side Campus, 5312 Northlake Blvd., Palm Beach Gardens 33418 on September 10, 2015. Viewing services will be held from 2:30-3pm, with a formal service from 3pm-4pm. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established to benefit his children at Chase Bank. Keith is already dearly missed by friends, family, co-workers and loved ones, who try and take comfort in the fact that he is now at peace.
