Kathryn Kimberly

Kathryn Blumer Kimberly, 87, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, July 26, with her children, Jeff Kimberly and Karen Henderson, by her side. She is now reunited with her husband of 56 years, Roy Kimberly, who preceded her in death in 2011. Born in Virginia, she spent most of her life in Palm Beach County, until retiring to Volusia county in 2004, and returning in 2019. Professionally, Kathryn was in banking and spent time volunteering for local business and community events in the Western Communities. While Gator sports, reading, horses and gardening were among things she enjoyed, nothing brought more joy than family. The love she shared with her family was infinite and unconditional. In addition to her children she leaves behind her three grandsons, K.C. Henderson (Cheynna), Chris Henderson (Thera) and Leroy Fisher (Katelyn) and six great grandchildren (Keegan, Cate, Harper, Colton, Charley & Delaney). She also leaves behind her brother, David Blumer (Barbara), and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 12, at 3:00 PM at Palms West Funeral Home, 110 Business Parkway, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411 with a gathering to start at 2:30 PM..
