Juanita Tsoukalas Obituary Juanita Emily (Alcock) Tsoukalas, 74, of West Palm Beach, FL passed away on July 7th, 2023. Born 1/22/1949 to Ralph and Elizabeth Alcock in Brooklyn, NY. Juanita is predeceased by her husband of 39 years, Konstantinos (Gus) and her brothers Martin and Michael. She is survived by her 3 daughters, Theonifi (Oni), Anastasia (Tassie) and Hillary; 7 grandchildren, Cole, Kayley, Zoe, Dalton, Eleni, Unity and Eerie and sister Valerie. Juanita was an active member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, and the Stella Maris Lay Carmelites. Her faith was an integral part of her identity. In life she found herself in service to others not only in her career as a Nurse, but also in support of her community in the local food pantry and more closely with her immediate neighbors. Tending to others was a way that she gave of herself while filling her own bucket. It was only in the days before she passed, that she resigned herself to the reality that she could no longer continue to go out into the community and serve others. She loved a good puzzle, a good book and Jeopardy! Watching her grandkids grow and become young adults brought her joy. She knew how to get a lot out of a little and always persevered through challenge. Her family and friends are devastated by this loss, but find solace in knowing that she is free from pain and able to join her beloved Gus once again.
