He was taken great care of by both family and Trust Bridge Hospice. Manolo was born and raised in Callao, Peru; he attended various public and private universities in the neighboring capital City of Lima focusing on Customs Law and moved to San Isidro's Urbanizacion Corpac in the early 70's where his two children were raised. Among his many memorable start-ups, he founded and directed in the early 60s the first ever rock band in Peru known as "Los Inkas Modernos", coached and funded a soccer youth team in the late 70s ("Alianza San Isidro"), and introduced Lima's first ever Halloween Festival for kids in the 80s despite the terrorism of the time. During his thirties, he founded his own Customs Agency firm and saw "General Customs" grow, develop, and prosper in his forties and fifties as a niche leader serving Peru's Oil and Gas Sector. Before retiring to the United States, Manolo served pro-bono as a Judge. Manolo was the loving husband of Ysabel Migliore; father of Heber (Nicole DuBar) of Vienna, VA; and Karina (Geoffrey Salbert) of Lake Worth, FL. He was the proud Grandfather of Selena Nicole, Ariana Isabel, and Isabella Karina.
