Joyce Merle Jackman Purcell (Bibs), aged 77, of Royal Palm Beach, passed away peacefully September 19, 2017. Gathering begins 3 pm at Palms West Funeral Home, 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411, September 28, 2017. Memorial service follows at 4 pm. Officiating will be Reverend Ray Wehrenberg. Repast will follow at 310 Las Palmas St, Royal Palm Beach, FL. 33411. Joyce was born on March 19, 1940 in Kingston, Jamaica to Noel Thompson and Alice McHayle. Joyce is survived by her husband Tony Jackman, daughter, Marina Ford, son, Howard Purcell, son, David Johnson, daughter, Candace Purcell, 9 grandchildren, and brother, Errol Thompson.
