Joyce E. Kelleher, née Danner, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2026, in Palm Beach County, Florida, with her son and daughter by her side. She was born on October 3, 1942, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Joyce was a woman who found joy in both adventure and the simple comforts of everyday life. She graduated from Ocean City High School and later attended Rider College. She loved where she grew up in Ocean City, and one of her cherished later memories was returning for her 60th high school reunion. When her children were young, she devoted herself to her family as a homemaker, creating a home filled with care and togetherness. Later, she held various sales positions.

She embraced life with energy and warmth. Joyce enjoyed riding motorcycles and taking road trips around the country, always ready for the next outing and the chance to see something new. She loved to travel and learn new things, and she had a special enjoyment of country music and country line dancing. Time with her children was especially meaningful to her, whether that meant going out to eat, shopping, or simply being together at home. She also enjoyed the annual fair each year, a tradition she shared with her son.

Joyce had many friends throughout her life and kept in close contact with them, loving them dearly. She enjoyed a good laugh and found comfort and fun in watching old shows she could memorize by heart. She collected flowers, ducks, and bears, and she enjoyed watching wildlife. She looked forward to the holidays and took pleasure in decorating, bringing a festive spirit to those around her. Joyce also had many pets over the years and cared for them deeply. She leaves behind her cat, Annie, who will miss her.

She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Kelleher, and her son, Richard Kellerher. She is also lovingly remembered by her niece, Brenda Jarvis Wolfe, and Brenda’s children, Robert, Kelsey, and Travis. Joyce is further survived by her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Fred and Liz Winterbottom, and their children, Mark and Lee.

Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Kelleher; her parents, Kenneth and Pauline Danner; and her sister, Linda Jarvis.

Joyce will be remembered for her love of family, her loyal friendships, her adventurous spirit, and the happiness she found in music, travel, laughter, and the traditions she treasured. Her memory will remain close in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
