Jovan Enrique Gomez

. Jovan Enrique Gomez was born to Enrique and Licet Gomez on October 12, 1979 in Newark, New Jersey and died the morning of September 28, 2014 Jovan is survived by his parents, Enrique and Licet, his sister, Charisse, and his two nieces Gabriela and Gianna. Jovan was the first born grandson of Sara Gomez and Noris Nunez. Jovan was a big man, with a big heart. Those who knew him, loved him. He was a loving son,sibling, and uncle and a loyal friend. He had a passion for music, singing from as early as the age of 4. He self-learned the keyboard, played the tuba in middle school and further developed his passion of the art with songwriting, producing, and performance as early as high-school. Jovan was taken from his parents, loved ones, and this life at a young age; but will forever be remembered by those that love him for his natural talent and warm heart. Memorial Service for Jovan will be held Sunday, October 5, 2014 at 2pm at Palms West Funeral Home. Please see the webpage for directions.
